SPEAK AS YOU EAT
Speak As You Eat is a not-for-profit initiative of talented Melbourne chef Paolo Arlotta (formerly of Kinfolk, Vue du Monde).
This second series of events comprised of four themed workshops and dinners, each featuring a guest chef and hosted by speakers including architects, musicians and filmmakers. Our creation of a series of sculptural, transforming menus celebrated each evening’s theme - Kimchi, Mozzarella, Mushrooms & South America - and reflected the chef’s vision of ‘spreading art, innovation and ideas through food.’
With a wonderful team of donors and volunteers behind this initiative all proceeds raised from this exciting series supported the work of The Cathy Freeman Foundation and Urban Seed. We’d like to especially thank BJ Ball for their generous donation of Colorplan papers for these events.
